People build our nation, so definitely they must know something about it to be successful in building a strong and free Philippines; and through education I believe that anything will be easy for us. Education is the best teacher of everyone especially to those kids that are said to be the hope of our nation; true because they are the most applicable tool to be planted with it. They are the great examples that can exhibit self- creation. At their young ages, they must know that being educated can elevate not only themselves, families and love-ones but also the whole Philippines. Everything after their playing years as toddlers they will go out of their cocoons and made very critical decisions out of their life. And one of these is deciding what’s good for our country, and being educated is the greatest character one may have to be able to make good decisions for our nation.
Look at the baby in the picture he looks so innocent, able to accept all the ideas that his parents may tell him but actually he doesn’t understand it. And Filipinos are the biggest babies, just like a real baby we tend to copy what we hear and speak it again, imitate what we see and do something without even understanding it so well-why? Simply because we are not educated since our younger years from the things that we must understand that’s why we are all naive, because if not we must take the chance of creating our own self instead of copying others policies, systems etc. that is in reality will never work on us. We must also be responsible in knowing what is happening to the entire country and be a concerned citizen as a part of it. But because we lack education, almost half of the population doesn’t know that by the simple act of putting a wrong name in your ballot will bring Philippines into hell. They based everything on their emotions and not by intelligence. They must know that writing in a ballot requires not only their hands and hearts but also their minds.
One problem regarding educating people is the capability to do it. It’s really hard especially when poverty comes in, how can you encourage people to listen to all the lessons and be learned if they must work for something to eat than sitting with you all day and talk about that education. That’s why for those who got the opportunity to have it in any way must make the best out of it. Be educated and do something not just for your self but also for our country.
“There is no permanent thing in this world except change”, one of the famous saying of those who experienced ups and downs of life. Once, this is also my idea that all the things we have gain, one may just disappear in any moment-in any way; then I realized that there’s still one thing that will never be taken away from me or will not just disappear except by having a memory lost. There is this one thing that I will gain through the years that will be considered more than a luxury, and it will be just like the super power heroes have; it can be the most powerful tool that will always lead me in any way, in anywhere and the best cure against vulnerability-“Education”.
